Feature
  • New Desk-Top type material testing machine with high accuracy and high performance by simple operation.
  • High Accuracy
    Accuracy is ±1%(JIS 1 class) of the indicated value from 1/1~1/1000 of load cell capacity. ±0.5% (JIS 0.5 class) is available as an option.
    Cross head speed is 0.000 5mm/min ~ 1 000mm/min (TGI-50kN〜TGI-250kN : 0.000 5mm/min〜500mm/min). Accuracy of cross head speed is ±0.1% in all speed range.
      High performance with simple operatin.
    Automatic load cell span adjustment, One-push auto zero, Auto return to test start (No overshoots), Test condition registration, Manual 3 level speed setting, Analog output of test force and position, Corresponds to the tension compression continuous repeat test.
      The resolution of survo motor makes 4 times higher accurate than the former model. The operation of position control is greatly improved, and a steady driving in a low-speed range makes possible.
      The return speed can be arbitrarily set by 0.1mm/min ~ 1500mm/min (10kN or less) or 0.1mm/min ~ 750mm/min (50kN or more).
