Direct pressure type that receives electrical signal directly from diaph


・		Environmental harmonic sensor because it doesn't use mercury.
・		As push rod is not used, it can measure with high accurate and less temperature effect.

Material of diaphragm is sapphire


・		Excellent in mechanical accuracy (including non-linearity, hysteresis and repeatability)
・		Excellent in a electric noise because high insulation resistance.
・		The sapphire is single crystal of the aluminum oxide, and has little material tiredness by the repetition.
・		The hardness of the sapphire is Approx. 5 time stainless steel, and a high abrasion resistance is possessed.
・		High stability is maintained in the high temperature area.
